Mr. Flake serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial, Employment, Healthcare, and Large Complex Case Panels. He focuses on prompt, efficient, and well-run proceedings that get disputes decided with attention, with efficiency, and most importantly, impartially and correctly, with attention to the particular needs of the individual parties and dispute at hand. He also serves as an arbitrator for the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). Mr. Flake is also available to serve as arbitrator in ad hoc arbitrations and under individual submission agreements.
