He can assist via early neutral evaluation, a process whereby a third-party, typically an expert, assists the parties at their request with providing a neutral and objective assessment of the parties’ positions and potential outcomes. Mr. Flake is also trained in the emerging area of Early Dispute Resolution (EDR), a form of dynamic mediation whereby a trained EDR neutral facilitates valuable pre-mediation exchange of information and clarification of positions to help the parties understand their case and make the mediation itself more effective.
